Who to drop and add or Hold?

start 1 TE - Engram
start 1 D - Jax

I would just roll with Brady and not worry about a backup qb

agreed.  There's enough on the wire that if something were to happen to Brady you could go get a guy.  If Bortles was the only serviceable guy out there then I'd say yeah to grab him but with 4 guys available you'll be fine rolling the dice with just one.
