To be honest, cutler would get garbage time yards n points, but with him in there u know there would be tons of turnovers n sacks, young kid might play it tight and they might run more
 Yes a guy who doesnt play often is a much better option. Why do people always think this? If Clausen was good he wouldnt be a back up.
I remember when they used to say that in green bay
I love how people always do that as if it proves a point. Want me to list off the times a backups who failed? I'll spare you the extremely long list and we can play a game. You name a QB who has came in and lit it up and I'll name two for every one you mention and we will see who goes longer you can go as far back in time you want, I'll just start with this year.

Flynn has been mentioned, so I'll start with just last week and go with JFF and Weeden in Week 9. Your turn.
flynn??

I was talking about aaron rodgers
So you are just trolling then?

That Brett Favre guy was a backup too until Majkowski tore his knee up.

I don't think this changes anything, he can't be as turnover prone as Cutler. I still think the Seahawks is the defense of the week. They are facing Ryan Lindley
I think this is really bad news for Forte and Jeffrey owners. He might not have as many interceptions, but then again he might. Say what you want about Cutler, but he at least has the ability to move the ball and sustain drives. If I remember anything correctly about Clausen, he sucks pretty bad right?
Haven't watched many Chicago games this year eh?

As bad as Cutler's been, he still managed garbage yards and TDs. I honestly don't think Clausen is capable of scoring a TD in the air. He's that bad.
This. He's terrible.

Looking forward to Detroit's DST putting up a big number this week.

While that is a funny retort, Chicago has moved the ball. The turnovers have killed them but they are 12th in passing yards and 8th in passing TDs. Cutler is on 1 of my 3 leagues and as bad as he has been in real life (turnovers) he is the #8 QB. He hasn't been Kaep like killing his team with his play and not moving the ball. He has moved the ball, but has blown games and drives.

He is 1-9 as a starter and hasn't started a game since 2010. Ooooof.

Exactly, even if the Lions D/ST ends up not working out, I'll take those odds. Running.
