Lions @ Miami 1 pm EST (1 Viewer)

That was really the first 3rd & 1 (out of 6?) the Lions failed this year? That feels weird, given their history.

The Lion defense is playing well in 90 degree heat and high humidity. The game plan of pounding Gore is not working thus far.

Matt patricia is an idiot. Put fat a@@ Blount in 2 carries and nothing as usual. What does blount have on patricia? He shouldn't even be on a roster

I know Kerron is winded, but watching Blount get .5 yards on 2 carries was painful.

Hard not to like a FG after starting at the 4, but these missed 3rd & 1s are killer.

With a running game, the Lions potentially have a very good offense. They should've tried play action on 3 and 1. Miami has stopped a lot of 3rd and short running plays this year, by guessing run.
Lions have no running game when the dope patricia puts in quicksand blount

Sup with Golladay? I see upthread that they are running well and using TEs... has he been on the field at least?

If he is, he might as well be invisible.

First Gronk is out, then Michel's knee injury and now nothing for Golladay.  Such a crappy FF day.

Golladay with a TD called back. He had a great catch a couple plays earlier against Miami's #1 CB.

Michael Roberts FA of the week.

Though Lions lucky that you can't lose points on the 2-point conversion "try".

He caught 16 TDs his final season at Toledo, but ran a 4.86 at the combine. Miami has historically been bad against TEs, but he looks like a good fit with the Lion offense. They have many weapons, including Kerryon who has looked great today.

Lions keep scoring, but because of that missed 2-point conversion earlier it's still technically a 2 score game.

Strange win by the Lions, having success with the run and TE passes. Lions D did generally well minus one highlight run.

3-3 and in the hunt for the division. Technically :P

The Lions are on the right track after a hideous start. The Lions winning a road game by running the ball effectively is unheard of.  Was a bit skeptical when the Lions  traded up for Kerryon, but it was a good move.    Stafford was very efficient today.   Only a half game out in a division of pretty decent but yet very mediocre teams.
