Lions v Packers MNF (1 Viewer)

MVS is like the most invisible #2 receiver in the league. He needs Davante Adams back because he can't handle being on the #1 corner much like JuJu.

Nevermind. I just found the game in time for the Packers fumble!!!

(oh wait that was much earlier in the game)

Well, keep in mind, he was the less intelligent member of a defense that included Warren Sapp at one point.  This is big for him.

It was all Kevin King...he has been getting toasted this year.  There error was years ago trading back and taking him and Vince Biegel rather than TJ Watt

earlier in the game aaron jones had a wide open td pass drop at the 1. no one around, ball hit him in the hands. it's been all  j williams since. then ajones came back in teh game when I posted that, caught a lateral, and ran two yards backwards. the dude has to be nervous as hell.

That was on the refs IMO.  Lions were subbing and the ref was already ready to let them snap.  Usually let the D sub and get set when the offense  subs.  

 
The Packers not only need Adams back they also need to find somebody who can catch opposite him. I can't imagine how frustrated Rogers must be throwing to this garbage.

People fishing?  Jones hasn't been great.  Fumbled and dropped an easy TD pass.

But this Rodgers having him benched and stuff is ridiculous.

Williams is playing well and with the mistakes by Jones has earned his time on the field this week

 
Positives:

- Stafford dealing

- Pass pro looking pretty good

- Secondary still playing out of their mind

Negatives

- No running game

- No run defense

- Stupid penalties/mental mistakes

That lateral he was coming back for the ball. Tried to turn up field and was met. I say more on Rodgers than Jones there. Don't forget Jones also had at least 2 long runs called back by holds. 

 
Can we maybe get Blake Martinez more involved in the action in the second half?  He's been largely invisible thus far.

Yep. Still have the lead on the road. Given the drops by them, I’m remaining positive. Scored on 3/4 drives. Patricia needs to change something with the D though

King is actually having the best year of his career. On another note, where is Josh Jackson? I loved him as a prospect, but he's basically never playing.

Both Green Bay and Cincinnati would benefit from an AJ Green for a 2020 1st deal.

 
Insant flag but no intent.  If anything the receiver hit the defender in the head, not the other way around.

Safety rules can be unfair sometimes.

Not tonight he isn’t...or last week.  He has been getting toasted tonight.  They miss Savage for sure.

Agree on Jackson...was happy when they drafted him but he just hasn’t had it.
Id bet they’d love for Tramon to play more of a hybrid role but cant because they need him.
