Lions vs. Falcons at 9:30am next Sunday in London (1 Viewer)

I have to pull a midnight shift saturday night, will get home at 8:30sh. Im planning on pulling a 24 hour shift, hope my old ### can stay awake until the end of sunday night....im not in my 20s anymore.

Going to the game. Not a fan of Wembley games but making an exception since its the Lions. Really pissed off at how early this game is as it leaves little time to build up anticipation and soak up the atmosphere of the day ( i.e. drink )

Awful for Lions and Falcons fans in general though :-(

How dare the NFL put a game on TV Sunday morning!?!! I WONT STAND FOR IT.

You do know that the game time in London is at 2:30 pm and that is later than the game time for all early games here in the US, right? You are crying because it leaves little time to build up anticipation? People are so upset because a game is on early Sunday? If you have something to do, change your plans for one day. If you have to get up early, boo hoo. I guess people will complain about anything.

This is awesome. Glad I can tell my wife football starts at 9:30 and I'll be incapacitated 3.5 hrs earlier on a Sunday.

Good point, and thanks to the OP for starting this thread.

I sent a message to my league warning of a potential early deadline for Sunday. I agree with Rubi in that it feels like a sliding deadline situation, but I have a feeling the website we use will see this as the weekly deadline.

 
I wonder how the daily sites will treat this game. Im sure they would rather have people submitting entries up until 1pm for there big contests
