I'm starting up a replacement list for a 96 team redraft league.. We're currently drafting in all 8 divisions.. If an owner times out twice.. They're replaced and their $25 league fee goes to replacement owner. You will be able to go back and draft replacement players. For any pick that timer expired.. Must be able to join immediately!!
