Colts | June Injury UpdateThu, 20 Oct 2005 15:17:53 -0700Indianapolis Colts LB Cato June (hernia) missed practice Thursday, Oct. 20 as he was scheduled to visit a specialist regarding his sports hernia to determine the severity of the injury. June is not expected to play in Week 7 and will likely be replaced by LB Gilbert Gardner.

Would this at all effect Brackett's stats, maybe he'll get more tackles? It seemed like June was everywhere Monday night while I needed Brackett to just get at least 8 tackles or some assists in there, all he got was 2. Right now I have Tatupu in for this weekend.

Yeah, I was playing against June last week, I needed 2 more points from Brackett also. It seemed to me like June was the only LB out there. I ended up losing 204-203, a win would have given me the overall league lead. So I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't feel sorry for June or his owners.

It was extra annoying that their numbers are so similar (58 and 59) so I would start to get my hopes up every time only to see it was June making the play.I hope Tatupu performs well this weekend...

June has a sports hernia in early stages, but the team thinks they can manage it. He is expected to play Sunday, but on a limited basis. the only thing worse than news like this is news that he is gone for the yr, at least for us g gardner and june owners, now who the heck do we play ?
