***This is a spin off of my LIVE AUCTION Vegas league which is now going into it's 3rd year***
If you are going to be in Vegas for the NFL kickoff weekend - say to participate in some high stakes fantasy football league or another over the weekend - you might want to consider the following league for your THURSDAY night Opening Day Event - it GREAT FUN and has GREAT PAYOUTS!

Basically - we are putting together a $750 draft league that will have the following quick set of rules - if you want to know details in depth - go to the site above and find the rules.
1) $750 franchise fee - 12 teams
2) $8,450 in prizes - that's a 94% payout - we deduct the cost of the room (more on this later) and the food and the website.
3) 24 man roster - starting lineups of 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DT/ST and 1 FLEX(rb, wr or te) - PPR league
4) You do NOT have to set lineups - it is a BEST SCORING LINEUP format - you get the highest possible score each and every week.
5) There is free agency - this is NOT a Draftmasters league where you are stuck all season with bums - we will use blind bidding to obtain free agents.
6) It's a POINTS ONLY league - we will pay the 4 highest scoring teams for the season as follows:
PRIZES:
1st Place = $4,400
2nd Place = $2,200
3rd Place = $1,100
4th = $750
Now for the REST OF THE FUN STUFF -
I am hoping this league attracts some of the best players - people who are in and/or are thinking about it are:

We will be drafting from A PANORAMA suite at PLANET HOLLYWOOD Casino in Las Vegas around 3pm or a little after Vegas time - this should give us time to finish drafting BEFORE the NFL game (the AUCTION LEAGUE will be after the game but that looks to be full right now) - we will have pizza, soda, subs, wings and other food.
THE SUITE has over 1,200 square feet with a view of THE STRIP and a 52" HDTV.
We currently have 7 teams solidly in - 2 or 3 on the fence and wanted to get this out to a broader base of folks who like playing rewarding and challenging fantasy football.
For those of you who may not know me - ask around - I have been running (and playing in) about 35-40 FF leagues a year for the last 10+ years and I doubt you will have problems feeling that I am trustworthy and that this will be a good time to be had by all!
