Before Portis tried on his "Rod Woodson," I would have put him in with the first four.

Now, I think he slips past the next group of:

SJax, LJordan, RBrown, Edge.

Does Portis slip to the bottom of the 1st round? Do you consider someone else in the second 4 I've listed above?

Portis is going to a specialist in Alabama -- haven for orthopaedic surgeons.

You have to lower expectations for him. Drop his down a couple of notches. How do you risk not taking a sure fire 1300/7-8 TD player?

Only other player I would list as possible choices in the second four (picks 5-8) is maybe Peyton Manning.

Rudi Johnson hater I am.

Because the NYG goalline TDs will get vultured by Jacobs, I would group Tiki in with the others in tier 2. Although most probably wouldn't agree with it, I would also seriously consider lumping Dillon in with the tier 2 group, especially in TD-heavy leagues.

:( I'm sitting on pick #4--and Portis going down really bites. I don't think we should count him out yet, but it's going to be tough taking him at that spot now. Those goal line TD's were exactly what my reservations were with Tiki as well--and it's not a PPR league to make up the difference.....jeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzz.

Might be time to trade out of that spot.....if I stay there Tiki is probably the way to go, despite the above reservations.

I'm thinking either Edge or Tikki at #4. With the cards WR's they cant stack the box, might be great season for Edge.

I believe this is the first time I have seen someone claim his own post was a good post.

I wouldn't put Jordan ahead of Droughns, let alone Edge or Ron Brown..the Raiders are lousy, and will be forced to pass quite a bit more than they want to..I'd rather put Bush on that list than Jordan..Deuce is still having problems in N.O.
