Overview:
League will consist of 12 teams, with 3 divisions. Each team will play a head to head game in weeks 1-14 and the playoffs will be in weeks 15 & 16.
Draft:
Live draft will be held on Saturday, September 5th, 2009 at 7pm. Exact location has not been determined yet, but it will be in the Biloxi/Gulfport area. Draft will be 20 rounds in a snake style format going in reverse order every other round. Draft positions will be drawn randomly before the draft.
Starting Lineups:
1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB, WR, or TE), 1 K, 1 Def/ST
Maximum Roster limit of 20 players in any combination
Scoring:
Offensive scoring:
All TDs (passing, rushing, receiving) = 6pts
Every 10 rushing yards = 1pt
Every 10 receiving yards = 1pt
Every reception = 1pt
Interceptions thrown = -2pts
Fumbles lost = -2pts
2 point conversions scored = 2pts
All yardage scoring will be to 2 decimals. (example: 24 rushing yards = 2.4 points, 85 passing yards = 4.25 pts)
Kicking scoring:
Extra points kicked = 1pt
FGs = 3pts
Defensive/Special Teams scoring:
TDs (interception/fumble/kick returns) = 6 pts
Sack = 2pts
Interception = 2pts
Fumble recovery = 2 pts
Shutout = 10 pts
2-7 total points allowed = 6 pts
8-13 total points allowed = 3 pts
Free agents:
Free agency will be based on a blind bidding system. Each team will be allowed 1000 blind bidding bucks to use throughout the season at their discretion.
Trades:
Trade deadline is Saturday, Nov 7th at 11:59pm. Trades do not need to be approved, however if 3 or more owners challenge the validity of a trade, it will be voted on by the remaining owners in the league not involved in the transaction. If at least 6 owners (60%) vote against it, then it will be overturned. This is meant to prevent collusion, do not abuse this system to benefit yourself.

Tiebreakers to determine playoff berths:
1. Best record
2. Team with most points scored in regular season.
During the playoffs, the higher seed will receive a home field advantage of 4 points.
