Obviously Teddy was better this week but overall I'm still leaning Bortles.

With the Jags defense being so bad he should be putting up a lot of garbage points, and I think he should eventually have a better supporting cast around him.

Thoughts?

I like the WR Bortles has, so I am leaning towards him at this time. But the cast that comes in the future can easily decide this one for us.

I can see Bridgewater being injured constantly. That gives it to Bortles.
After watching him play in the first week, I could see some comparisons to RG3. But I think Bridgewater will end up being closer to Russell Wilson.

Hopefully he will use his speed and agility to buy time for his WR's to get open and to avoid hits rather than to be a running back.

I think Bridgwater will make everyone regret passing on him in the draft. My biggest Bortles detractor is his team.

Didn't think I would feel this way about 4 months ago but Bortles just looks like the better player and talent. I'd go with him. Eventually that wins out IMO. I like Minn as a supporting cast more right now but Jax also has a group of promising young WRs.

Jax could easily end up with the top pick next year and take a franchise tackle in round 1 and a decent RB in round 2. Suddenly Jax doesn't look like such a bad scenario any more.

Bortles. I see Bridgewater being more of a game manager. Bridgewater might have the higher floor but Bortles has a higher ceiling IMO.

Teddy looked great, but as a Falcons fan let me caution you that our defense is horrendous. Just truly, truly awful. I'm pretty sure Stephen Hawking could've rolled his way to top fantasy day.

Bortles has one thing Bridgewater doesn't have...dominating size. He's going to be able to handle the rigors of a 16 game season better than Bridgewater can. I like them both a lot though.
