Long term Keeper (not dynasty)- Donta Foreman or Lamar Miller (1 Viewer)

I can keep either Lamar Miller or Donta Foreman through 2020, if desired.  My team is in total rebuilding mode.  Would you trade Miller for Foreman?

I'd try and trade both as a package, but if you want to keep one keep Foreman
