Looking ahead to week 14 (1 Viewer)

For those of you that play team def by committee...week 14 has some decent matchups.

Indy vs TEN: Houston shut TEN out last week, and Indy has a similar style of defense. If they can continue Johnson, they could be a good start.

Den vs Ari: Arizona's offense is putrid, and D. Anderson may be the worst starting QB in the NFL.

Buf vs Cle: Not sure about this one, as Hillis has been on fire, but if you're in a pinch.

Atl vs Car: Ok, perhaps D. Anderson is better than whoever starts for Carolina.

Those look to be the juiciest matchups for week 1 of the playoffs. May want to secure one of these teams before the ww hits next week.

Grabbed Atlanta Myself. Differene I see is that Atlanta is a good D fantasy wise to begin with. And they get a crapp QB to boot . Carolina is a bit better rushing now but they still cant score for crapp.

My choice as well. Atlanta is very stout against the run. The only thing Carolina can do somewhat competently. Not sure there will be a lot of turnovers, but ATL shouldn't give up many points.

The Titans offense should be much better with Collins at the helm.

Wouldn't touch the Indy D on the road against a running team that isn't starting Rusty Smith. That'd be a terrible idea. Few if any turnovers, <3 sacks, probably over 20 pts allowed.I don't think I'd play Denver's D on the road, even against Zona, but its not the worst idea in a pinch.Buf D is a good call if you're desperate and Jake Delhomme is still the starter.ATL should be owned in all leagues already, but yes, against CAR they would be great.

Oakland's on my wire (just got dropped by a guy who has to win this week or his season is over). They're playing Jacksonville in 14, might roll with that matchup.

TB was just dropped by the Gore owner. Week 14 @ WAS, Week 15 at home vs DET, Week 16 at home vs SEA. All 3 games should be solid. I'm going to spend a little BB coinage to try to pick them up.

The way MJD and Garrard have been playing I would stay away. Of course, Garrard could have 3 ints....or 3 tds and 0 ints....very streaky.

Carolina: 18.5 pt/g

Arizona: 15.8 pt/g

Cincy: 14.00 pt/g

Minn: 13.27 pt/g

I'm thinking Denver looks very good right now. Those are the avg pt/g that these offenses are giving up to DST...top 4.

I thought the same and picked them up last week

seattle @ san fran looks like a decent play.
I wouldn't touch the Seattle D on the road - or at home anymore for that matter. They are getting pushed around against the run ever since Red Bryant went out due to injury (2.9 ypc vs. 5.0 ypc). Since Bryant went out they have given up close to 500 yards a game with the exception of ARI.OAK 545NYG 487 ARI 327 NO 494 KC 503
