looking for a cheap windows 7 desktop with monitor, mouse, keyboard, o (1 Viewer)

I haven't shopped for a computer in so long I have no idea where to look anymore. Looking for the cheapest pc I can get with win7 and office that can be plugged in and used right away by someone who doesn't own a desktop or any hardware. And yes, it has to be a desktop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
