Looking for a Dynasty League (1 Viewer)

I am a very experienced fantasy football owner. I have been apart of redraft and keeper leagues from the past until now. I am looking to take that next step and become an owner of a dynasty league team. I have been playing fantasy football for 10 years, and have a good track record. I have never quit on a team or league previously, no matter how good or bad my team was.

I am looking for a money league. The buyin amount doesn't matter. Owners are more apt to play the whole season with money on the line.

I am willing to try out a league with contracts, salary caps, etc. However, I'd rather be apart of a league that didn't need to worry about that.

You will probably have to wait a few months to find what you are looking for. Once the NFL season starts in September there are very few new leagues forming, the only thing you find this time of year is an abandoned team which has probably been abandoned for a good reason (like it is awful).

New leagues and owner replacement in existing leagues usually kick in after the Super Bowl. The best league opportunities usually start right after the NFL draft in April and peaking around May-July (overshadowed by redraft leagues in August). I prefer start up leagues as all the players you draft and don't have to live with the mistakes of someone else.

If you check back here or bump this thread next year after the Super Bowl, you will have numerous leagues in a variety of formats to choose from. I am kind of particular about what I am looking for, but found two leagues this year, a new start up (14 keeper, not ideal but met my starting/rules requirements) and a rebuilding project (which I normally don't do but it had a few good players plus several low rookie draft picks).

Anyway, good luck and you should have no problem finding a Dynasty league to join if you are willing to just be a little patient.

Thanks for the advice. I have received a few emails, but I'm sure it would be easier after this year's fantasy season's ended.

Since we have two new owners coming in for the 2012 season we opened up the re-draft option to the non-playoff teams. We had to do this since one of the teams that was vacanted was extremely strong and we didn't feel it was right giving a quality team away to a new owner with no past skin in the game.

Please read the rules on the website and please note this is league has a liability of $1095.00 and we require a 1/3 deposit at commitment – the balance (credit or debit) is paid at seasons end no later than 2 weeks past our week 16 Super Bowl.

Some of the players available in the re-draft are ARogers, MStafford, RRice, AJohnson, VCruz (see rosters on website to view all the players on the below roster to see all the players that will be in the draft pool - In addition the teams that aren't in the Re-draft will only be able to protect up to 18 players, but can only lose a maximum of one player off of their unprotected list.
