Hey guys, have been doing Fantasy Football for a few years now, and have got the itch to start Fantasy Baseball in 2011. Looking for a league where rosters are set once a week, since daily setup is so time consuming. Let me know (PM or thread response) if any of your leagues have an opening, the finer details of your league, and I'll get back to you.

I do run a roto baseball league. We use yahoo since the site is free. Last year was our first year (most had played before but not recently). We only had nine teams but used both league with really large rosters. All players started for each team (no bench). We use standard Roto scoring. Instead of weekly head to head games, your stats are a running total for the whole season and are ranked in each category. For example if there is 12 teams and your leading in Home Runs you would get 12 pts. If you were last you would get 1 point. You are ranked this way in all ten categories. The categories for hitters are AVG, R, HR, RBI and SB. For pitchers they are W, L, S, ERA and WHIP (also know as ratio). It is walks plus hits divided by innings pitched. The buy in is $50 and there are no additional fees. If your interested let me know. We will be having a live draft the final week of March. The nine owners from last season were all local so we did it at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We will have wifi access so not all the owners need to be present. My brother is doing it from Arizona this year (were in Colorado) so we will be doing some of it online. If interested please post here.

I'll do some fantasy baseball total points leagues that will be on CBS and similar to CBS, but they will have 12 teams instead of 10 and there will be more payouts than CBS. I'll keep you posted when I set them up.

Marty and OhioPlayer, most of my emphasis will be on CBS Head to head leagues...I can't really get much into Roto either.Ohio what is your email address so I can send information?
