I'm looking for a few more owners to test the auction and salary cap features available on My Fantasy League.
The league is here - http://www25.myfantasyleague.com/2013/home/55794#0
A brief overview of the league:
The initial auction will be an online email type auction startingAugust 17th once the league is filled and continuing throughout the season. There is no requirement to completely fill your roster or spend the maximum salary cap on players. Bids begin at $1 and increase by at least $1. Owners cannot bid more than the available salary cap. The winning bid amount will be the player’s salary. Available salary cap space can be filled by bidding and winning free agents throughout the season.
Bidding Process
The bidding process provides an opportunity for every owner to select the players they want on their team. Owners nominate a player for bidding and submit the maximum they would like to spend on that player. Regardless of the maximum amount submitted by the owner, the initial bid starts at $1 and the nominating owner is the highest bidder. The auction for a specific player is finalized when the highest bidder does not change for 24 hours. After the initial nomination, another owner has the opportunity to submit a bid against that player which may or may not exceed the nominating owner’s maximum bid amount. If the new bid exceeds the original maximum bid amount, the new bidder becomes the highest bidder and the 24 hour countdown starts over. If the new bid does not exceed the original bidder’s maximum, the amount of the bid increases but the highest bidder does not change and the 24 hour countdown does not reset. Here is an example:
Let's assume that Franchise 1 opens bidding on Player A, and the initial bid is $5.00. The system will "remember" the maximum bid of $5.00, and report the initial bid on this player equal to the "Minimum Opening Bid" of $1.00.
Then, Franchise 2 submits a bid of $2.00 on Player A. The system recognizes that Franchise 1 was willing to pay up to $5.00 for Player A, so immediately after Franchise 2 submits his $2.00 bid, the system notifies him that he has been outbid, and then considers the high bid on Player A to be $2.00. The countdown timer does not reset. Then, Franchise 2 submits a bid of $5.00 on Player A. The system recognizes that this bid amount is equal to the maximum bid made by Franchise 1, so the system then considers Franchise 2 to be immediately out-bid (earlier bids always beat later bids of the same amount), but the system then considers the current bid amount for Player A to be $5.00 (the maximum amount that Franchise 1 was willing to bid). The countdown timer still does not reset. Franchise 2 submits a bid of $6.00 on Player A. The system recognizes that this bid amount exceeds the maximum bid made by Franchise 1, so the system then considers Franchise 2 to be the new high bidder and notifies Franchise 1 that they have been out bid. The countdown timer immediately resets and displays a current high bid of $6.00. Franchise 1 has an opportunity to increase their maximum bid before the countdown timer reaches zero.
Rosters
Rosters must have at least 14 players (7 offensive and 7 defensive) the minimum number of players to provide a starting line-up. Rosters cannot exceed a maximum of 30 players. There are no roster restrictions on teams except for being able to field a starting lineup. Owners are allowed to start players on a bye week to fulfill their starting lineup requirements.
Each owner will be allowed to place 5 “Taxi squad” or scout team players on their team.
NFL players placed on injured reserve in the NFL can be placed on injured reserve in the fantasy league too. The salaries for players on injured reserve count only 50% against the salary cap. Once a player comes off of injured reserve in the NFL, they must be re-instated to the normal roster in the league.
Lineups
Lineups consist of 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1TE, 1 Flex (RB,WR/TE), 2 DL, 2 LB, 2 DB, 1 Def. Flex (DL/LB/DB). NO KICKERS! Players are locked at the kickoff of their game each week.
Waivers
Throughout the season, owners can add any free agent provided there is sufficient roster space and available salary cap. The process follows the same rules as the initial auction with a 24 hour countdown. Please accomodate "waivers" accordingly.
Trades
Trades between owners are approved by the commissioner. Salary cap restrictions are enforced by the web site.
Salaries
Player salaries will match their winning bid amounts.

Scoring rules can be reviewed in detail at the above link under the Rules section. Some highlights of the scoring system include:
- All players are eligible to score in any fashion. QBs get points for making tackles after an interception or fumble.
- PPR (Points Per Reception)
- Comprehensive IDP scoring
- Kick and punt return yards (1 pt for 25 yds - sweet!)
