Looking for a good bit of trivia... (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for some good football trivia questions. Something a little unexpected, not just like "Who was the NFL leading rusher in 1998?" (unless the answer was a kicker or something equally surprising!) Also, the more offbeat the better - ideally it's something they could figure out, but not something they could easily look up on the internet.

These are to keep my league mates busy at work during the offseason, we're all in our mid-20's so preferably nothing prior to 1980. I've run out of league-specific trivia and figured I'd venture out into general NFL trivia.

Anybody have any good ideas?

Only one team had the same starting quarterback for the past 5 years but never made the playoffs.
brooks
And oddly enough, up until last season, which I think is easily written off, the Saints have had a winning record under Brooks.
Yep, they were always just good enough to get us excited but then totally dash our hopes at the end.

Another one of my favorites:

Who was the only modern era running back to start his career with 9 straight seasons among the top 10 RBs in fastasy points?

OK, it really depends on how you look at it. Brooks was QB when the Saints won their first playoff game in the 2000 season. Then he was benched in the middle of last season in 2005. so, really it's been 4 1/2 years.Saints fan: :bag:
