Looking for auction website/app that is free (1 Viewer)

Going through my dads estate and I have 6 other siblings.  I have decided to set up an auction for items allowing family members to bid for items they want and bid against each other for items.  I need either a website or an app (an app would be easier) that I can post the pictures and let my siblings bid on these items.  

Does anyone know if there is such an app or website that allows me to host for free?  I dont mind if the app costs $$ I just dont want to pay a % to some company to do this.
