Howdy yall, Names Eric, and I'm looking to start a fantasy football dynasty league. I've already got it made and graphics done. LeagueSafe already created. Im looking for someone to co commish with me, who is familiar with MFL to dougle check ive got everything correct.
I was part of a highly engaging 36-team, 3-player copy league for several years, but unfortunately i left in 2021. Since then, I haven't been able to find anything similar, so I've decided to create one myself!
The only catch is that while I have some experience as a re-draft commissioner, I've never commished a dynasty league. I want to ensure this league is run smoothly and fairly for everyone involved, which is why I'm seeking a legitimate and honest co-commissioner to share the responsibilities.
About the League:
* Size: 24 teams, split into 2 conferences and 6 divisions.
* Player Copy: 2-player copy (1 player copy per conference).
* Scoring: PPR (Point Per Reception).
* Theme: NASCAR themed. While specific team names aren't required to follow the theme, the overall league will embrace it.
* No Devy: This will be a pure dynasty league without "devy" players (developmental players who are not yet in the NFL).
* Player Copy Limit: I want to keep the player copy at a minimum of 2 and 24 teams, with conferences and divisions as they are.
* IDP (Individual Defensive Players): We're open to adding IDP if there's interest, as my previous leagues included them.
* Cost: $25 entry fee plus an additional $9 for the LeagueSafe fee. Owners will pay for the first two years upfront. (LeagueSafe account is already set up!)
What I'm Looking For in a Co-Commissioner:
As I mentioned, I haven't commished a dynasty league before, and I don't feel comfortable being solely responsible for everyone's money or the league's success from the start. I'm looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in Dynasty Leagues: Ideally, someone who has previously commished a dynasty league and understands its unique intricacies.
* Fair and Honest: A trustworthy individual committed to upholding the integrity of the league.
* Reliable and Engaged: Someone who will actively participate in setting up rules, managing the league, and resolving any issues that may arise.
To show my commitment and appreciation, I would cover the co-commissioner's first year's entry fee and LeagueSafe fee.
I'm posting this to all forums. First one to show me they have experience ill jump in with.
