Are there any sites (free) where I can enter my league size, roster, and scoring and it will customize rankings? If so, pleas provide URL. Thanks!

Create a league on virtually any site & skip the credit card info then after you set it up, generate a report from it and it'll show you the player rankings based off of the leagues scoring system.

How radical is the scoring?lots of options for most normal setups

You can do this in Draft Dominator. Just print the player pool, it will be custom ranked based on your inputs.
