im looking for a cheap dynasty startup for around free to $30 per year. No IDP, PPR preferably, 12 team, MFL or yahoo. Let me know if you have a startup coming up.

EaglesFan - I am looking for one also with exact same settings (No IDP, yes to PPR).  I'd be willing to pay up to $50 buy-in, and I am open to the idea of a taxi squad.
