Experienced-Conscientious owner looking for dynasty startup, private league only

I lost a league that dis-banded this off-season and lost 3 public leagues when I moved to a state where they can't give prizes a couple of years ago so looking to begin replacing.

Characterisitics Required:

b)Leaguesafe a must

c) No IDP

Characteristics I prefer but not individual deal breakers

a) Experienced 'mish

b) Low drama- owner group

c) 12-16 team league (or 32 with 2 conference/player copies)

d) Medium to deep rosters

e) future year deposit to help league continuity chances

f) $200 or higher ante (but if otherwise a good fit will consider $100 or more)

$105 to pay. $70 buy-in for Season 1(part of the entry fee helps pay for the league), $35 for future investment into Season 2

2 copies of players (1 copy per conference)
