Looking for highly customizable site (1 Viewer)

Does anybody know a web site that lets you highly customize the features of a league. Most sites like espn, yahoo, nfl.com, etc. lets you pick basic things like the number of teams, roster spots, point system, but I want to add some unique features or combine features. For example, I want a site that gives teams 1 win per week for beating their opponent and 1 win for finishing in the top half of points that week, I want site that gives everybody $100 to spend on free agents instead of just letting the worst record team get first crack, I want a site that lets you change the trade deadline date, I want a site that lets you cut out week 17 AND week 16, I want a site that lets you limits the number of transactions/drops by bad teams late in the season. Anybody know of a site that allows these type of things?

Check out MyFantasyLeague.com I'm not 100% sure it will let you do all those things, but definitely some of them. They are very flexible, have excellent tech support with usually quick response to your questions. I switched over from CBS a few years ago and don't miss it at all. MFL is the best for me.
