I am looking to set up a postseason contest of some sort at work for a few jellybeans, but am having trouble coming up with an idea for a contest that is easy enough to follow that I can get a decent number of people to sign up, but not so simplistic that there isn't any strategy at all involved in it. Any ideas?

Only 1 player max from each playoff team. QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, FLEX, FLEX, TE, K, DEF.

Scoring through the playoffs. No draft. Everyone selects their rosters before the playoffs start and can't be changed.

SB players' points are doubled.
