I have a Couples League start-up dynasty league on sleeper. It is 20 teams (10 couples), with an individual AND a couples bracket. There is also a yearly rookie draft LOTTERY, so even if you finished in 10th out of 20 you can get pick 1.01. All of the details are in the bylaws, I can't post them on here but message me and I'll send them to you.
