2 of the 4 in Green Label are filled. 

These are really fun leagues, especially if you like auctions and devys.

Players are signed up to a 4 year deal. When contracts expire, you get two tags to keep players for a 1 year deal, two RFAs where you get to match auction pricing if you want and eveyone else goes into a UFA auction. Teams can go from worst to first in this league. 

Rookie picks are also converted into rookie auction money that is then used in the rookie auction.

There is a separate one round devy draft of college players at the end of August.

Its a fun an interesting league that has been around since 2012.
