I've been offered Delgado for Lackey

I don't really want to give up Lackey, but I'm so very weak at 1B, I just may need to pull the trigger.

Can I afford to give up Lackey? Is the upgrade at 1B worth it?

I think you can afford to trade any of your starters after Santana. I'd probably try to trade Myers first, or Snell. But you do need power at 1B and OF.

Delgado for Lackey is very fair. Gives you the power you're looking for and you still have pretty good SP's left.
