no buy in. i put up league fees myself and we play for pride(and a traveling league trophy.......which found its way home to me). we have a 30(+taxi and IR) man roster for inseason play. monthly cuts during offseason to get down to final 10keepers. salary cap/blind bidding/drop penalties. start 20 players with every position being flexible. start 1-3QB,2-4RB,2-5WR,1-3TE,2-4DL,2-5LB,2-5DB..........so basically if your weak in one area and strong in another you start more of your strengths and minimize your weakness for best starting lineup. main positions of QB/RB/WR/LB/DB score 'roughly' similar. we start a slow 24hr timer portion of the draft in july of 20rounds. if by mid-late august its not finished or nearly finished we still coordinate a rapid fire style draft for the remaining rounds.
