I want to form a 30 team league. This league will essentially be 3, 10 teams leagues. We'll call these Division A, B, and C. Buy-in for year one will be $25 for all 30 teams. After year 1, we will re-divide these teams based on how they finished year 1. Division A will be the best teams and buy-in for all subsequent years will be $50, Division B will be the middle of the road teams and will have a $25 buy-in for all subsequent years, Division C will be the worst teams and buy-in will be $10 for all subsequent years. After the realignment following year 1, you will be bumped up or bumped down a division based on how you finish. So if you end up in Division A for year 2, but finish last place that year, you will drop to Division B and be replaced by the top team from that league... and on and on.
I'm not 100% stuck to the any set of rules, I want to set the bylaws with the competition committee. That's why I need some 'commish types'. Each division will have it's own commish responsible for... well, all the stuff that comes up throughout the year. If you're up for helping me form a creative league like this, here's some highlights of what I'd like to have: - Devy Players. I'm thinking something like a 3-5 round devy draft each season? So it won't be SUPER deep but I don't want it too shallow either. This is my first step into deeper devy leagues. I've only been in a league where each team can have 1 devy player. I'd kinda like to have the league filled with owners that have a similar level of experience... but I'm mostly wanting solid owners.
So, anybody interested? A few owners that've shown interest and I have started a chat on the app GroupMe, so you'd have to join that if you want to play.

- Because some teams will be shifting divisions each season, rookie drafts will have to be auction style so that you can carry your rookie funds from one division to the next instead of having certain picks. I'm not sure yet if we'll do the original draft as a snake or auction style. I'm open to discussion.
- IDP? I'm in 1 IDP league and LOVE it, if we don't go with IDP, I will probably do offense only. Whatever the case, no kickers.
- Best Ball. I'd like to focus on team building rather than lineup setting. I also want pretty deep rosters. I think I'd rather have 3 copies of each player instead of treating this as a 30 team league. The league will be on myfantasyleague.
