It must meet the following requirements...

-Be between $20-$50 entry fee with at least 50 entries

-ALL money must be held on reputable 3rd party site (for example...Leaguesafe with majority approval)

-ALL fees must be paid BEFORE opening Thursday night game Sept. 5th
