Looking to hand off rebuild project - 2015 free! (1 Viewer)

Due to an anticipated job change that has not yet matriculated, I'm looking to hand off some of my teams.

I have one team that is an orphan rebuild project that I'm looking to hand off to someone who has the time to devote to it, which I don't.

Here is a link to the roster:

and the bylaws:

The particulars:

League dues are $58 per year, 2015 was paid in full by the previous team owner. I paid the 2016 and part of the 2017 dues. Buyer would only have to reimburse me for the 2016 and 2017 dues that I actually paid, $58 for the full 2016 dues and $25 toward 2017, a total of $83. So you will get one year for free.

Please email or PM me with any questions. Thank you for looking.

To help a little so Apex can maybe find an owner----the league voted to allow draft pick 1.13 to be added to the squad for the FREE year (2015) due to the previous owner leaving the team with NO 1st 2nd or 3rd round picks. So the team will not be without a first rounder after all.

Also there is a $6 fee for a mini banner unless you want to keep Apex's ----you could keep his for free.

The league really picks up steam in May. The NFL draft wakes up the crew. I will admit it has had a quite off season compared to past years but the storm is about to begin LOL

This year is only beginning and we have had 2 trades. 2014 we had 18 and 2013 we had 16. (Like I said the movements are coming).

It is a good group and full of very courteous drafters. No long waits on the draft clock. If you agree to take over Apex's team and pay him he is correct in that he paid $81.

$56 is league fees plus $25 deposit for 2017. This helps secure an owner for 3 years.

Question, what if someone takes over the team and for whatever reason has to leave the league, will they get that 81 dollars back?

You would get back what the new franchise owner pays you for it. If it has to be discounted to be sold, then you would get back less.

Hard to rebuild with the draft picks. I would need more and some compensation from the owner to takeover this team.
