Looking to join a ppr dynasty startup (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new ppr Dynasty startup league, I prefer a max of 12 teams, ppr, non-idp, no super flex as well. If you have a league opening please reply here or pm me. Not looking to take over a team, looking for a new startup. Money league also not exceeding $150, league safe only, no PayPal.

I would like to warn anyone having this user entering a league with them, that a league I was in with him had a very bad experience. I am in a league with a bunch of FBG users, that eaglefan started. He organized it, set up the rules, even set up a league safe account. But, one member of the league couldn't deposit on league safe, so he paid eagles fan $50 bucks directly ( for two years worth of the league). Eagle then disappeared before the draft (Edit: It was during the draft, not before it). Not a word. We tried to contact him, through many venues, but nothing. Eventually we had to get a new commish and head forward with the league with out him. Our league was out 50 bucks,which we took out of the winner's prize in the first season. Eventually, he did show up again, and was very apologetic. Apparently he'd had some legal issues or something. But he did not, at any point, pay back the 50 bucks, which he essentially stole from our league ( the guy who paid him directly, ended up winning the league, so it was the same guy. Various members of the league have tried to contact him about this debt, but it was never paid up.

So, buyer beware with this user. If you chose to put him in your league, I would never let him have any sort of control of the money and I would make him pay up front, in advance and except no excuses for non payment.

But don't go around spitting out lies about someone paying me directly because it never happened. You and the league just got played by that owner who ended up not paying for the league and won it anyway. Wow you guys got conned. You think I give a crap about $50? Think again. I don't play fantasy football because I want to win money, I play it because it's a passion of mine and couldn't care less about the money, especially not some lame $200 prize that I make in an hour at work. I'm calling you an internet gangster because if this conversation were to take place in person you would be asking me what happened, not saying I did this or that or calling me untrustworthy. There was no league experience since I was never a part of it. You guys believed someone else who had no proof of anything. I stated in the bylaws that payment was through leagusafe only. I didn't take checks or paypal or any other form of payment. I use leaguesafe only so I don't get ripped off and so owners can't get ripped off. You guys must have let him off the hook by believing whatever it is he said. Everyone pays by leaguesafe except one owner and you guys just took his word for it? Blame yourselves, not the guy who spent all that time setting up the league, gathering all the owners, setting up leaguesafe and making sure everyone paid before the draft. Wait, now I see the logic. Spend all that time doing all that work and then run off with the guys $50! Genius!!!

I never received a check from anyone. What's your name and address? I will gladly check my account for a check in your name and if it is there I will post a copy of the transaction in a private message for you and give you your money back. I doubt I will find anything since we voted to use leaguesafe only. No leaguesafe, no play. And you should be able to check your account and find the same transaction if it happened.

You got out last week, did you? You owe our league money, period. I don't know that you intentionally stole it and were lying earlier in this thread that you never received a check, or just spaced off that you cashed this check, what with your drinking problem and your incarceration. I don't care what the answer is, frankly. What I care about is you owe our league money, and when confronted about it, you instantly become a confrontational ####### and tell plain untruths about not cashing flip's check.

Alright I'm done talking with Bobson. Is he a little kid or something? Anyway, is there a way you can see how much I paid through leaguesafe for my team only? I can't log in to the league I created on leaguesafe since I'm no longer in that league. I'd like to know the payment amounts if possible.

The ironic thing is we adjusted payments to off set this and then once we did we took away the CB payout of $25 ....WHICH I WON LOL so not only did I pay $50 I won the CB but didnt get any money cause that was the way we decided to off set the league....crazy for me I guess.

If you really did pay then I am sorry. It was a while ago so it wasn't something I did on purpose. Can you ask someone in the league to check leaguesafe to see how much I paid? I don't think it was for the required amount, I think it was to cover the both of us if you paid me. And what about the money I paid? Did that just go the pot or to cover someone else in the league? I never received any money back.

Regardless I am out the money and our league had to adjust the payouts....so I am certain we were short when it was all said and done. I understand your concern.....you would like a couple answers before you just swing me $50......hopefully someone from our league can assist.

Trust me I commish for free somewhere around 309,988,000 leagues. I know the hard work that goes into being a commish for the entire year

Eaglesfan...........looked up my account today (could only see transactions via my archived statements)----------on 4-28-11 I sent you a check for $50 and it cleared my bank on 5/3/11.

I cannot print it via my online banking because my access only goes back 3 months for transactions like this. I will have to call my bank to the get actual check copy but I think if you look through your bank acct you will find my check # 4536 for $50 was in your bank end of April to beginning of May.

Which we started the draft soon after, supporting I wouldve had to pay before the draft began.
