Looking to take over money league dynasty team (1 Viewer)

I'm experienced, very active year-round and looking for a league to join and dominate for the long haul. League's that are pretty restrictive with moving players around (trades, waivers, etc...especially during the off-season) wont interest me. I'm cool with caps/salaries/contracts. Gotta have some flexibility in starting lineups (at least 2 flex spots between WR/RB/TEs). Not interested in IDP, keepers or start 2 QB leagues right now.
