Was offered 1.07, 1.08, 2.10 and a projected mid 2nd next year for gurley.

I don't value picks as much as most.  In a vacuum I would rather have Gurley than the picks.  However, without knowing your roster it is tough to say which side I prefer for sure

I would much prefer Gurley to those picks. The 2nd rounders aren't worth anything. Even thought this is a deep draft picks that late in the first are tough to gauge on what kind of talent you will get.

Not close IMO. Gurley is going about 1.03 (or better in a few startups). Even with all those picks the odds are at best 50% you will get as good a player.
