he's not even next in line. not saying he won't get the job, but everyone believes mike adams gets the job if bell gets traded. and now that they're in contention, the odds of bell getting traded are about 1:100

I think they need to trade Bell, for a couple reasons: Bell's salary and the wealth of options behind him. If they can land a solid prospect for him, the Padres should pull the trigger and then insert Gregerson or Adams as the closer.
