A person who controls a wifi near the "combination hair salon and toy store on the increasingly stylish Fifth Avenue strip of Park Slope" called LuLu's has given his or her network a positively vulgar name.

Apparently the owner of LuLu's doesn't like the nearby wireless network name --- "LuLu's Anal Bleaching for Kids"

I named my wifi "[local church] sex shop" after the church located next door to me. They didn't seem to mind.

Yeah, they're pretty good.

It's already been established by the USSC that in order for it to be deemed detrimental one must prove that people take it seriously. So I dunno. Has she had customers ask them for their kids anuses to sparkle?

This was rampant when Wi-Fi really became commonplace in homes/apartments when I was in college. I had good friends that lived near where I did off campus, and asked me to come over and look at something with their internet. Another group of guys near them named their Wi-Fi "(Street Address) (Sexual Orientation Slur)," and they were like, "How do we stop this each time we look for Wi-Fi networks??" They were good friends, so I held back laughing because I knew the guys who did it and they were complete jag offs, but all I could muster was, "Outside of talking to them and getting them to change it, nothing outside of breaking into the network and changing it yourselves." This lasted for almost a full year since they both hated each other, I legitimately felt bad.
