(Rotoworld) Marshawn Lynch (shoulder) was limited in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Week 16. Analysis: Lynch increased his practice reps each day this week, has a very favorable matchup at Denver, and the Associated Press reports that he is expected to play. The questionable tag appears to be precautionary. Lynch is likely to start in Sunday's 4:05PM ET game
Seems to be all systems go. I'm sure Fred Jackson will get his 5-10 carries but the match-up against the Broncos is too good to sit Marshawn Lynch this week.

I'm hoping he plays as Buffalo plays to win regardless, given their recent slump, but my fear is the game becomes a meaningless one for both teams if SD loses earlier in the day in Tampa.

If the Chargers lose at noon wouldn't that improve Lynch's odds of having a nice game?

Yes, but it also improves the chances that the Bills would pull him because of injury, because they will feel less obligated to field a competitive team with Denver locked for the playoffs, and no chance of them moving up with a victory (I think whoever wins the East can't finish below Denver).

I'm half-tempted to start Lynch and Jackson.

Looks like the weather will be ok, but I'm still waivoring b/w SJax and Lynch at RB.

I'll need some more assurance that Lynch is able to take a pounding on that shoulder and get his 20-25 touches. Otherwise, I'll have to sit him against this cushy Denver D. :goodposting:

Anyone have more recent news?

This is what you call "over-thinking."

Same boat as you for my championship game.

I go with SJax no doubts. I have to decide between Ronnie @ 1 or Lynch @ 4. I just wish Ronnies game was at 4.

I just don't like the sounds of this. I may have to ignore the cushy matchup and start Grant instead.
Sound of what? There some new info?
RB Marshawn Lynch was back at practice but limited Thursday and Friday after not participating at all Wednesday due to a bruised shoulder. Jauron is not certain Lynch will be ready Sunday. Lynch participated in individual position drills on Thursday and that's about it. Thursday is typically the hardest hitting practice day of the week for the Bills, so Jauron held Lynch out of contact work. “We didn’t plan on him doing any of the hitting, the 9-on-7 drills, the blitz periods those kinds of things,” said Jauron. “But we did plan on him taking some team snaps. He was involved, but to a very limited degree.”
