Pitt has crushed every back this year, they even kept L.T. in check so if i were you i wouldn't get any bright ideas this week about using M.bell.
What if he blows up big, based on your comments will that make him better than L.T. ? I'm not saying he will but stranger things have happened. Of course this whole thread hinges on him starting and getting the majority of the carries.Pitt has crushed every back this year, they even kept L.T. in check so if i were you i wouldn't get any bright ideas this week about using M.bell.
I am not convinced that Denver runs well b/c they have studs. It is not Mike Bell v. Pitt front seven - he has 6 other guys doing things for him.i believe he is going to get most of the carries but lets not forget denver put up 31 points against indy but they haven't broke 17 points all year except for that game. true anything can happen but if they stopped some studs i think the chances are they stop bell.
What about Freddie T?? He had 92yds on 22 carries which is 4.2/c.. He also added 30 rec yds vs. Pit this year. I'm starting M Bell with confidence this week. Denver can run on any team. They had success vs. the Ravens which is also a strong run D..Pitt has crushed every back this year, they even kept L.T. in check so if i were you i wouldn't get any bright ideas this week about using M.bell.
Taylor has an excellent history against Pitt. You should definitely not start MBell with confidence - go read the commentary in the Tatum Bellis probable thread.65 hard earned yards and the possibility of a TD plunge is all I am willing to give him.He definitely will not be "crushed" As I stated above, "the Denver RB" is always worth an RB2 start, but I would hope that I had a relatively equivelant guy with a better matchup - Deuce McAllister, for example. What about Freddie T?? I have no problems with them shutting TBell down this week in practice, too.Shannie will give TBell back the starter role once he is healthy enough to run effectively. He always gives his injured backs plenty of shots to regain the starter role.Nov. 5 - 8:57 am et FoxSports.com's John Czarnecki reports Mike Bell will start at running back for the Broncos. Both the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News also said Mike will get the majority of carries this week against Pittsburgh. We think there's a chance Tatum won't play at all. How else will he heal?Source: FoxSports.com I'm starting Mike Bell also over an injured Portis and Addai
I was just pointing out that M Bell should easily be able to match or exceed Fred's numbers, just based on Denver's rushing offense and how they seem to do well vs. any defense.. Doesn't matter to me whether T Bell is probably or not.. I just don't believe he will play very much at all..Taylor has an excellent history against Pitt.
