Uuugh, I know this isn't AC, but what kind of TEs are you guys starting in place of him, if you are choosing to not risk limited snaps or a scratch?

I think the team should rest him one more week. Yep, just give him a relaxing week off, the man deserves it, doesn't he?!

Rolling him, against a weak D, bad LB core in particular and his former team, I see Cutler wanting to go to him a bunch. Have to with Olsen banged up and Graham claimed off waivers I'm gonna wait to play him as I want to see him in a starting role. Kubiak may do something stupid and keep him in to block a lot.

Martellus Bennett (vs. NYG): Bennett gets the chance to face his former team this week, and I always like those tie-ins (see Pierre Thomas going to his hometown of Chicago last week or Green-Ellis vs. the Patriots). The last time Bennett was in this scenario was Week 1 last year with the Giants against the Cowboys, and he scored against Dallas.Yes...forget the fame, fortune, his job, and the other million things driving this guy.
I'm sure he'll have a good game just because he wants to stick it to the team he used to play for
Bennett heads into Week 6 against the New York Giants looking for his first touchdown since Week 2 against Minnesota. Bennett will likely come out with a little extra motivation while facing his former team on Thursday. That's assuming he plays, as Bennett is dealing with a minor knee issue

I'm not sure what to do now. I can technically still drop Bennett when my waivers run tonight since he was on my bench and Garret Graham could be had...maybe.
I face a pretty weak opponent this week so I'm debating on the above and just taking the goose-egg from Gronk...havent made my mind up yet but I have to do something before 10 tonight.

I did the exact same, very pleased with his production. (Of course we'll probably see Kendricks have his break out 3 TD game this week and I'll have to drown my sorrows in more seasonal beer, but I was going to do that anyway).

I agree. The biggest issue is that you HAVE to have 2 TE's in this league and Gronk and Bennett are it for me. I really can't part with any of them. I'm gonna try to make a deal but everyone will know my situation and surely hold it against me.

I just dealt Bennett and a 3rd round pick (4 person keeper ppr) for Gates. The Gates owner has Cameron as well. Gates' bye is in week 8 so if Gronk isnt back by then I'm selling at thirty cents on the dollar.
I froze Gronk, drafted Amendola at 1.03 and Vereen at 8.10....I'm so done with NE lol
