Week 11: I play the Matt Ryan owner (bye for matty) do i play keep away with Bortles (he gets detroit) or drop him for Rawls this week instead of dropping Starks for Rawls?

I like this question, I dont think Starks has any real value (GB played him behind a fat Lacy) and he never really has done anything but he could become the main guy there.  Green Bay has become a pass first, second, third and fourth team and it seems they really like Ty Montgomery and he should have a role moving forward.  Starks will likely get the majority of the carries, but I would venture that he does not become "must start" this season.   With all of that I would probably drop Starks... but there is the risk that he does become the lead back there and falls into the end zone a few times this season.

In your league do dropped players go on waivers for a day or two or do they immediately become free agents someone can add? If they go on waivers wait until Sunday morning then drop Bortles for Rawls.

I wouldn't drop Starks as he will have a role and has produced in that role in the past.  He is worth keeping.  I would hold off as long as you think you can on dropping Bortles or figure out a different guy to drop?  Can you drop your kicker for Rawls now and then pick up a kicker Sunday morning to drop Bortles?   Without knowing your specific add/drop rules, it's hard to say the best way to approach it.
