Marcedes Lewis - pretty good option now that Williamson out? (1 Viewer)

Last week, Lewis looked pretty good catching a td and getting a lot if looks fro Garrard. With Williamson out, has Lewis become a pretty core weapon in the Jax passing attack?

Possibly. Holt, MJD, and Sims-Walker should all see more looks, but Marcedes is certainly someone the Jags would like to get more involved. If any of the 3 rookie WRs look good that could somewhat limit Lewis' targets, but not by much. The Jags have ways they'd like to use Lewis and if he can hang onto the ball he'll get targets and could produce.

If the Jags start throwing, yeah. But, Sims-Walker looks better than Troy and they have Holt, Dillard, and rookie Thomas? also.

He's the biggest guy, so might get some of those targets, but I am not ready to rely on the Jags passing game.

I don't think Williamson has anything to do with how good of an option Lewis is. I think Lewis is developing and maturing into a decent TE.
