Interesting, a title without a post. Nevertheless, it's a good topic.

Washington's play took a step back this year. I'm still coming to grips with whether it's because he may have been injured (he wasn't really a prominent member of any injury reports), the defense as a whole was so awful (the DT's in particular had a bad year, which tends to hurt the LB"s), or because he's suddenly showing his age (though it seems a bit early for that as he's not even 30 yet).

My personal feeling is that the primary problem was the defense as a whole sucked eggs.

Damn, it doesn't have any text does it? I had a bit of info in that one too! I wrote it just before going to bed last night and for once didn't preview the post. At work at the moment, no time to rewrite it yet. Thanks anyway Redman.

:wall: Washington has already had hip and elbow surgery this off-season.

Marcus Washington had arthroscopic surgery on his left hip, the second operation this offseason for the Washington Redskins linebacker. Washington had surgery on his left elbow last month. His rehabilitation is expected to take three months, the team said Thursday, which could affect his participation when workouts resume in the spring.

 He did miss two games too. I think he's a good buy low candidate to be a LB2 or LB3 on most fantasy squads depending upon your league size.
