I thought he showed promise his rookie year prior to the injury.

I still think he wasnt fully recovered last year either and Bernard Berrian emerged.

Berrian while effective, seems to be nothing more than a deep threat.

Bradley seemed to be capable of a little bit of everything despite the lack of playing time.

Any thoughts on his future?

i would say definitely not done - especially because we're not sure how long mush will be around - he's gettin old. i think they still like the kid quite a bit, and he has shown promise when on the field. he just needs to stay healthy.

He's actually in year 3 this year too.

I like him. I would not be surprised if he took Berrians #2 spot.

But the guy has to stay healthy. He hasn't played a full year since high school.

Far from done.

He's a tremendous talent (drafted in the early 2nd despite being quite raw) who was just hitting his stride before tearing his ACL in 05, then he never seemed to get completely healthy last year.

Berrian has better straight line speed (heck, he's one of the best on a go route in the whole league), but I like Bradley's physicality and his long frame better on short/intermediate stuff, and he's a great run after catch threat.

Bradley should not be on the waiver wire in deep dynasty leagues.

Where would you rank him amongst this years rookie WR crop?

Pre injury, I would have put him in the Craig Davis, Gonzalez, Steve Smith tier, but with his medical troubles, I have him a shade off the Jacoby Jones/Walker/Robinson tier. If can he get healthy and back to the level he was at in 05, with the added benefit of 2 years of maturity and coaching, he could move up into the top 50-55 again.

I know this goes back to trying to predict injuries, but I truly believe Bradley is still a tremendous injury risk.

Mr Bloom, could you tell me when Bradley played every game of any season? I was serious when I said I think it goes back to High School.

Just saying - TREMENDOUS talent - HUGE risk.

comical post . . . no way is Berrian not a starter this year . . .
Since Berrian's the #1 these days, it'd be pretty hard to take Berrian's #2 spot.
I could easily see Berrian or Moose being put into the slot if Bradley runs posts the way he has shown he is capable of. Shoot, if Bradley were to fully produce up to his potential talentwise, he would be the #1 by far. IMO Talentwise, no one else on the WR roster is even close.Consistency and health though is something totally different. IMO Those are Bradleys negatives.

We all know he has talent, with good size and good speed and quickness, but can't stay on the field.

I get the impression from following the Chicago papers he might not have the best work ethic around. It always seems he is one of the guys in photos at events or clubs. I hope for the sake of the club he really pushes Moose or Berrian for a spot.

That being said, he has come back from two separate ACL tears in his college and pro career, so I might be wrong.

If Bradley is available, I'd grab him fast. I believe Moose is due a huge payment in 2008, so he may be cut then.

I like him and think he could be in for a good year. A buddy of mine, who is a season ticket holder and die hard, thinks he's toast. The key is for him is to stay healthy. The jury's out on that one.
