I wouldn't take any of those guys for Allen either.  But if I were you I'd stick.  It's non-ppr.  You've got two studs and two better than average WRs.  If you trade Ingram you would be relying on an injured D Johnson  splitting time with Edmonds and either Breida, White, or Howard.  Ingram is your best bet at a TD week to week at RB.

Trading Ingram for Allen will only make your overall starting lineup worse in my opinion.

Allen has a hamstring issue and may not play this week.  That could linger and be a problem the rest of the season.  Stick with what you got.

I would stick with what you have.  I own Allen and have been frustrated with him all year.  Keep Ingram!

No way I would make this trade.  Allen has a hammy issue, O-line is terrible.  Winter is coming to Baltimore - should mean more running for Ingram.  And it's not PPR.

I’d hold.  Allen would be your wr3 and not a huge upgrade imo as he’s hurt and getting less targets.
