despite signing him the 49ers this offseason, the Bucs have traded Marques Douglas to the Ravens, where he played from 2001 to 2004.

What do you guys think about the move? Obviously it improves Greg White's value tremendously. Kevin Carter should be good too. What's it do for Douglas?

I'm not sure it changes White' value at all. White is still 3rd in the rotation behind Adams and Carter while Douglas was moved inside to DT.Hopefully MFL moves Douglas back to DE. At least he retains his Week 10 bye!

His value couldn't go anywhere but up since he was beaten out at DE in Tampa by Adams, White, Carter, and Wilkerson.

Douglas finished with an impressive 55 solo tackles while playing in the same type of system the Ravens use. Looks like he'll provide depth behind Jarrett Johnson and Trevor Pryce, but the bigger concern is that improved depth at DE might actually wind up changing the Suggs designation from DE to OLB.
