Marshawn Lynch FBG Week 5 Cheatsheet Ranking (1 Viewer)

These rankings are prelim..final ones come out later.

I guess its subscriber info.. but this ranking looks strange enough to me to warrant discussion or explanation.

15ish spots between he and Fred Jackson.. but to me the bigger story is, well, theres just not a lot of guys ranked higher at all.

Is Lynch already a top 5 RB option in a given week?

Thought that was odd as well, but in one of the leagues I have him, I am starting BOTH he and Fred. In the other league I'm still up in the air if I want to put him in over some other options. Still surprised about the ranking though.

I will say this. If he gets rolling early, I think they will stick with him. But the same can be said for Jackson I guess.

He is listed as #4 based on our scoring and I was somewhat surprised to see him that high. I understand the are playing the Brownies, but given it's his 2nd game back, he is in a RBBC approach, and the Oline is hurt/bad it seems too high. Being a Lynch owner, I hope it's accurate, but having a hard time drinking the Kool Aide.

Cautiosly Optimistic :goodposting:

High ranking clearly due to opponent...Cleveland.

They project Lynch with 100 yards and 0.8 TDs, Jackson with 85 yards and 0.5 TDs. So they like both, and think Lynch has a few more yards and a slightly better chance of getting a TD. Not unreasonable at all to think Buffalo runs all over Cleveland, and you can make your own judgement of which back has the better day.

I have DWill, Jacobs, McGahee and Lynch as RB's. I am going to have trouble deciding on whether to bench McGahee and start Lynch this week. McGahee has 7 TD already, that's tough to put on the bench.

yeah... just like benson ran all over us last week. 33 yards in regulation... thanks to ot he finally got going. play em both, they aint going anywhhere against the NEW browns.

I really did not expect to be sitting Kevin Smith or Chris Johnson in favor of Lynch this week, but hey, I paid the $29.95 so I guess we'll be rolling with the Lynch mob on Sunday!

I read the situation quite differently. Jackson has been great for them this season, Lynch was not impressive coming back, I say they continue to stick with Jackson and Lynch doesn't do much.

The coaches have shown whether he's ready or not, he's going to get a lot of touches. Against the Browns, a lot of touches can lead to a huge game.

It's not so much the Bills are that good but the Browns are that bad.

I paid 60 some odd dollars for the 3 year plan, and regardless of the rankings, I'm starting DeAngelo and Jacobs over Lynch this week. I haven't even looked at the subscriber rankings yet, I rarely look at the preliminary ranking, I usually wait until Saturday and look at all the updated rankings when I am making my final decision on lineups. Thanks for the reminder though, I've made some roster moves on several teams, I need to update my watch list on the MyFBG page.

How have they shown this? He had 8 carries last week.

 8 carries for 4 yards and Lynch is top 5 for this week? Makes zero sense.

They only rushed 17 times the entire game, and had to play catchup from the beginning... Can't judge his performance off that game.

Even as a Lynch apologist, there's no way I'm starting him for a few more weeks, by which time the situation should shake itself out.

I am a huge Bills fan & I have Lynch on both of my teams, no way I am starting him this week. Granted I have better options, but I just don't know how it'll shake out with Fred Jackson.

I feel Lynch is the much better RB, but until it's proven that he is getting a clear majority of the work like last year, he sits for me.

This is one situation where I am sure I will dampen Lynch's prospects a bit and up Jackson's as I examine more data. I really think that the coaching staff wants to get Lynch rolling and this would be just the game to build his confidence in.
