As the game came to a close (I missed the first half), they said "we hope Doug Martin is alright". Does anyone have any information about the nature of the injury?

Try reading today's posts from the Doug Martin Spotlight thread that has posts in it from after that happened.

Also, FBG sent an email out about this a little while ago.

He got kneed in the head while pass blocking.

Probably not anything to worry about. He consulted trainers then walked to the locker room.

Could possibly be a concussion, just based on it being a head contact ding.

I went to the spotlight first, but all that was in there was handcuff conversations, which didn't help my stomach. Got the FBG update (love you guys).

I feel much better now.

Everyone cut him now, he is worthless, he took a knee to the head. Start the panic fantasy season is over.

Look, I'm sure everyone will panic, and I think Martin knew that. He tweeted late last night "no worries" with a thumbs up emoji. I'll take that.

As far as his struggles, there are a lot of players struggling in preseason. I think that is vanilla offenses and key players missing. In tampa's case, no Carl Nicks or Davin Joseph. Should get better in real games
