Marvel vs. Capcom Devy superflex dynasty $56 LS - MVCII now taking owners (1 Viewer)

Okay, looking to see if anyone is ready for a last set of devy dynasty leagues.  I've used these bylaws before and really liked how they worked out.  12 teams, superflex, bestball (waivers, trades, just no line up submissions).  $56 via leaguesafe.  Prepay for next year if you trade 2018 picks for rounds 1 thru 3 or future year devy rights.  Inaugural year, devy players are included in draft with no limit per owner except 1) must be able to field a valid starting line up and 2) devy players are capped at 36 each year.  Slow email draft with 10 hour timer and 4 hour overnight suspension.
