Marvin Harrison linked to shooting in Philly (1 Viewer)

Not much info, but here's a little something new on the subject from CBSSports.com:

Harrison could face misdemeanor charges: The Indianapolis Star reports that Colts WR Marvin Harrison could be charged with a misdemeanor under Pennsylvania law for the April 29 shooting in Harrison's hometown of Philadelphia. He was questioned after a man was shot in the hand, and police confirmed a gun owned by Harrison was used in the incident. Harrison has not been called a suspect, and a spokesperson for the Philadelphia police department said Thursday there was no update in the ongoing investigation. The NFL continues to monitor the situation and could discipline Harrison depending on the legal outcome. Former Colts safety Mike Doss was suspended for the first two games of the 2005 season after he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of discharging a firearm in public.

(Updated 06/13/2008).

Fantasy Analysis

Hopefully all will turn out OK for Harrison, who is also dealing with recovery from a knee injury. Keep an eye on what develops, but for now consider Harrison a low-end No. 2 Fantasy option in 2008.

:lmao: How is this even possible?
That's what I am wondering. SHouldn't attempted murder charges be filed after someone is shot?

Only after they find someone they think attempted to murder someone. That doesn't sound like the case here.

He means that the authorities shouldn't just go around filing attempted murder charges after someone is shot unless they actually believe they know who did it.

OK, good. It almost sounded like he didn't believe attempted murder charges should be filed no matter what.
